Microsoft and me

For so many years I’ve tried to pay Microsoft for their products and always end up wanting to smash my computer. It’s finally gotten to the point where I’ve given up. It is said that doing the same thing over and over and expecting another result is a sign of insanity. Well, I’ve decided to go sane, rather than insane, and I’m seeking other solutions to the problem. I’ve changed my email addresses so they are not Hotmail or Outlook or anything connected with Microsoft. Of course, that also means I have to get places like Google, Goodreads, Amazon, my friends, my fans, and my clients to take the old email address off their lists. I’ve discovered that is not as easy as I’d hoped. After several days of going into one cyberspace loop after another, I think I’m getting there—I hope.
